uprooted: paradise

UPROOTED is a two-night multidisciplinary performance experience presented by eMBODY, featuring two distinct sets of new music and dance collaborations. Centered around the theme of PARADISE, the work explores how we cultivate spaces of freedom, pleasure, care, and belonging amid ongoing social and political uncertainty. The performances also supported @mitlallinyc’s community organizing efforts, reflecting a shared belief that paradise is built collectively and exists without borders. The whos raised over $1,700 in donation funds.
